So, you own a business, but are you a business owner or self-employed? There is a big difference. A business owner works “on” their business and a self-employed person works “in” their business. Which are you and which do you want to be?
If you are working day to day in your business, doing most of the work, how can you have time to work “on” your business? If you are happy with that, that is ok. If you are not, you need to make changes in order to get to the point where you are the visionary of your business, not doing the day to day grind.
