Hi, I’m Doug, the owner of The Moffat Group. After 20 years in the financial services industry, I felt God calling me into something new and glorious. He introduced me to a Coach named Todd and I quickly realized I wanted to do what he was doing! I enrolled in the Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), took my first class called “Essentials of Leadership Coaching,” and I was hooked! I earned my certification as a Professional Leadership Coach and have been enjoying walking with business professionals to help them learn, grow, and become the best version of themselves.
